Meet the Dataintro Software Leadership Team.
Carlos González
President & CEO
Mr. González has an extensive international network
of contacts with the leading experts in PDF forms worldwide,
as a result of his active participation in the most specialized
international forums in this area. With strong experience in
the Paper Process Automation area, he has successfully driven
a multitude of subject projects related to paper processing
for companies such as BMW, CLH, BSCH, DAEWOO, INITEC, Universidad
Complutense de Madrid, LICO Corporation, Zardoya Otis and Adobe
Systems.
With a wide technical background which includes, among other
topics, document scanning, database programming, application
development, variable data publishing, optical data encoding,
graphic design, paper process solutions deployment, and high
expertise in the PDF format, he has envisioned and created the
UltraForms® Technology concept. Adobe Systems has granted
him two certifications: Adobe® Acrobat Certified Expert
(PDF-ACE) and also Adobe® e-Forms Certified Expert (E-FORMS
ACE).
In 2003, he co-founded Dataintro Software. Prior to this, in 1997
founded La Oficina Sin Papel, a company dedicated to providing Business
Paper Automation Solutions, as well as Specialized Consulting and
Professional Services.
Enrique Ramos
Business Development Director
Mr. Ramos is responsible for expanding and managing Dataintro's
channel and cooperative marketing partners and programs. Mr.
Ramos co-founded the company with Mr. González.
With a background in sales, marketing and operations in both
large corporate environments and small entrepreneurial start-ups,
he pursued opportunities in different technological markets
such as biotechnology, logistics and media for the development
and management of the operations and marketing efforts for start-ups.
Prior to founding Dataintro Software, he was Product Manager
in Logic Control Group, in charge of the commercial development
of Artisoft computer integrated telephony products and software,
which provided large companies with integrated communication
delivery systems. While at Logic Phone, he focussed on developing
and implementing the product's business plan, and also on developing
alliances with trading partners and finding new ways and approaches
to market existing products.
Mr. Ramos earned his Bachelor in Business Administration and Marketing
from Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain, and his International
MBA from IDE-CESEM Business School.
Juan José Alonso
Director of Sales, North America
Mr. Alonso is responsible for the company sales activities
in the United States and Canada. He is a proven sales professional
with 14 years of experience in the software industry and over
8 years dedicated to the EDM market.
Prior to joining Dataintro Software, he worked for Cerenade.
As Director of Sales for Cerenade (formerly MMA Corp.) sales
increased 800% from 1998-2002. Among his many accomplishments
with Cerenade, Mr. Alonso established Corporate Sales and closed
the largest global site license, at the time, in the e-forms
industry. 3M Corp. accounted for 70,000+ users and over $1.5
million. He also captured other flagship accounts such as Amerade
Hess, Pinnacle West, Office of Naval Research and Manitoba Hydro.
Prior to Cerenade he worked with Janna Systems as a Sales Director
where he defined, established, and implemented Janna Systems'
Corporate Sales and Professional Partner Program. Juan also
served as a
Corporate/VAR Sales Director with Lotus Development Corporation,
and was a VAR Account Manager with Delrina. While at Delrina,
he developed the Value Added Reseller program for the FormFlow
Division of electronic forms.
Mr. Alonso graduated Cum Laude, Deans List of Honor Students, from
San Francisco State University. While at SFSU, he secured BA's in
Economics and International Affairs.
Max Wyss
Product Development Manager for Europe
Mr. Wyss joined the company as the Product Development Manager
for Europe. He is responsible for integrating applicable technologies
into customer-focused solutions.
He is a world-renowned PDF forms expert, advisor and frequent
speaker at workshops and PDF conferences. Max is a well-known
figure in the Acrobat/PDF community. His custom-built JavaScript
applications based on the Acrobat Forms engine have been known
to draw gasps even from Adobe programmers. Mr. Wyss also consults
with a variety of clients, including the US Internal Revenue
Service (IRS), the most prolific user of PDF in U.S. government.
Besides his consulting work for numerous clients, he speaks
frequently at conferences and conducts highly regarded intensive
workshops in Switzerland, Germany and the United States about
the ways in which Acrobat Forms technology can be stretched
to limits.
Mr. Wyss holds a Master's degree in engineering (dipl. ETH) from
the Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich. He brings a
solid understanding of the underlying technical issues to many technology-oriented
clients. Max also has extensive experience in technical writing
and translation. Besides German, he is also fluent in English and
French.
George Johnson
Technical Product Development Advisor
Mr. Johnson, joined the company as a PDF forms expert and advisor.
Mr. Johnson graduated cum laude in 1987 from Seattle University
with a B.S. degree in electrical engineering. Since then, he
has worked as a biomedical research engineer involved in numerous
cardiology-related clinical studies. He has been responsible
as the lead designer, programmer, and manager of the computerized
data collection systems used in these studies.
In 1997 Mr. Johnson was an early adopter of PDF forms technology.
He is a frequent contributor to the various PDF forms related online
forums and is a successful PDF forms consultant. Mr. Johnson's continued
support and expert advice in diverse problems related to PDF Forms
through the years has been key in the approach taken to develop
the UltraForms® Technology.
